Country roads ATV retreat is nestled in the heart of the Hatfield and McCoy Trails. This destination is ready to help you relax, ride and explore the beautiful mountains of Southern West Virginia. We are family owned and southern WV born and raised. We are located on Rt 52 in the heart of the Buffalo, Devil Anse and Rockhouse trail systems. With miles of outlaw riding awaiting you. You are only minutes from gas, food and trail permits. No need to trailer as you are only 3 min from hopping on Devil Anse trail 51 or trail 38.8 mins from Rockhouse 41 and 42. 12 mins to Buffalo 14. Need to pick up a few things? no problem as the local dollar general is also only 5 mins away. In opposite directions you will only be 12 min from the town of Delbarton, 15 mins from Gilbert or Matewan WV. All towns are accessible by HWY or trail. So, it is literally in the heart of all your riding desires. The retreat has a paved driveway with plenty parking. Property is under 24 hr. surveillance at your finger tips. 

This retreat is sitting on 4 acres of beautiful land. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a large living room, dining room, washroom with new washer and dryer and kitchen with all new appliances. refrigerator has ice. kitchen also offers full accessories. It has a brand-new central heat and air system with digital thermostat. It can accommodate 1 to 10 people. It has keyless check in. And when not riding you can enjoy the outdoor firepit, horseshoe pit or the 70in Roku TV located in the living room, or just plain front porch sit-in. You can even take a nap in the hammock at the creek. The master suite offers king size bed with a 32 in Roku TV and a ceiling fan. It has a private bathroom with double sinks and a New XL tile shower. 2nd bedroom offers queen size bed a 32 in Roku TV and a ceiling fan. 3rd bedroom offers a queen also with a ceiling fan and a 32 in Roku TV. 2nd bath is tub shower combo. In the xl closets you will find 4 roll away beds. 2 (full size) 1(xl twin) 1(twin) All rooms have plenty of closet space.
